MS Says "...not genuine"... Have had 2 good installs/activations on this machine...

Question
-
I have had this version on my machine for over five years - and re-installed/re-validated twice during that time.
Recently the mobo bit the big one and I replaced it with one of the same brand/socket and almost the same everything else... but slightly different.
But others have done this and not had a problem
Can anybody dope out the MGADiag log and say what might be going on?
My money is on MS having revoked the key because of some retailer violations, but I know nothing.
I guess that me and ninety bucks or so are soon to part company on Amazon, but I would like to know just "Because"...

The key you show is the default key. (keyless install key.) It cannot be activated. Please locate your Windows 7 Pro product key and enter it:
Click on the Start Button and type: CMD (into the 'Search programs and files' field in the Start Menu)- The Start Menu will show 'CMD.exe',
- Right-click the CMD.exe file and select Run As Administrator.
- In the CMD window, type: slmgr.vbs -ipk <type your product key here>
- To activate windows after changing the key, type: slmgr.vbs -ato

The "dump" does not show a valid Windows 7 Pro product key. It shows only the standard "keyless" product key when you do not enter a valid product key. What are just the last ten (10) characters of the product key you are entering?

We have done that over-and-over a number of times.
We have also attempted by phone - but the same result each time: the Windows 7 Pro product key that has been working on this machine for 5+ years is rejected as invalid.
I was hoping that maybe the dump would shed some light on why it was rejected - but I guess not.
