How crm manage emails

Hi there,

I've import some contacts in to mscrm and i wonder how can send email to those contacts in crm and how can I manage those email history in my outlook.

I'm new in mscrm, please give me some detail advice. Thanks in advance.

There are lot of possibilities:

Import contacts -> if you have already them in Outlook and you have Outlook Client you can press Track in CRM and contact will be promoted to application
Sending an emails -> you can send emails from Outlook and later you can mark this email (in Sent Items) and select "Track in CRM" or you can send directly from CRM (New Record -> Activities -> Email).
