    first of all, i dont know which topic to put this thread, so if this needs to be moved, please do. now for my problem, i bought my laptop 3 or 2 years ago, i had a little complications on my laptop so i had to restore my laptop. i did a few restores cuz my PC is having issues since it's a TOSHIBA laptop upon my last restoration, i still have the product key, and now there's a notification about activating it, so i did try to activate it but it gives me an error (Error Code: 0x8007007B). I also called on to Microsoft but it looks like i only have the Volume Key, and they cant help me with that. I need urgent help, i also need upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10, without the Product Key im sure i wont be able to upgrade it.
