i bought windows live onecare instore in november but have only installed it a couple of days ago as i had a free trial of another security program running until then, which i did uninstall first. It seemed to install and activate fine... but the onecare window says that my pc is at risk and to click helpcenter urgently. I follow the link and it takes me to general support site that i can tell - but i dont know what the problem is! i then clicked 'check for updates' on the onecare screen, and a window pops up telling me my subscription has expired, yet it should have just started. i tried searching for a contact page to get a phone number (am in uk) but that page wont seem to load for some reason.
