Msn not indexes all pages RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi all
I have a website: TV Yayin Akisi Google has indexed about 82,300 pages of my domain.Yahoo indexed 71,403 pages.  But msn indexed only 136 of my pages. I have tried to submit a few pages. This number got higher but a few time later msn dropped that pages too.

Google bots are visited my pages 107502+25 times. But msn bots visited only 3941+128. Also msnbot\-media visited 8485+41 times only.
What am i doing wrong? What do i have to do? Do i have to modify the html codes or do i have to submit all the pages manually? Or do i have to pay some money to msn? Any advice will be great.

  • Hi.

I’ve been using this forum for a while now, and there is the same thing over and over again..
There is one thing that’s equal for most of the threads, MSN is not indexing all my sites.. I’ve been checking these websites, and in 95% of the cases there are done nothing to follow the guidelines for the Meta tags.  When will you all realize that MSN is way more sensitive to the use of the Meta tags. If you have a too long title Google and yahoo will normally not take any notice, but Live search will.. Same with the description and keywords..

I´m not defending Live Search, they defiantly have things to improve…

  • Hi

You're not doing anything wrong!!! Read the posts in the forums and you will find we are all having the same problems. The fault lies with MSN, thats confirmed by your listings with google and yahoo. Don't waste your time trying to pander to MSN's whims.
