Cant load computer RRS feed

    I am trying to load up my computer but it comes to a page (where the option for safe mode usually is) and the only two options are to do system recovery or start normally. When I try to start normally it brings me back here and when I try system recovery nothing really happens. I have tried to do a system restore but keep getting an error message, can anyone help?

    This isn't anything to do with "Learning Content Development System (LCDS) - Bugs and Feedback".

    But you've got a few options:

    • Take it to an expert.
    • Search the error on Bing / Google or whatever for a fix.
    • Remove your hard drive from the faulty computer or boot to Windows PE. Copy your files to a backup device (USB Drive or Flash). Then wipe & restore your PC from the original install / restore disc.

    Most of the time (if you have a bit of Technical Knowledge), your best off with the third option, as a clean install will always work better than a 'repaired' one.

    yes no problem. the problem lies with your original (email log in password) when you first joined
