Need Help with my OneCare Circle RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have a subscription to OneCare that runs until May of next year.  My wife had the trial version but that has since expired.  She wants me to add her to my Circle but to do that, I would need to install OneCare on her machine.  How can I do that when she's already had the trial version and it's now expired?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

  • If the "Subscribe" button still works in the trial select it and when asked for a Live ID enter the Live ID and password associated with your subscription and One Care will activate. If you cannot activate from the expired trial uninstall the trial, install the trial again - http://onecare.live.com/standard/en-us/install/install.htm and follow the previous instructions to activate.
