RD Web Access Not Logging in

  Hi All
  
  Trying to set up a test VDI scenario here using RDS.  I have separate boxes for each of the roles:-
  RDS Gateway
  RDS Web Access
  RDS Session Host
  
  All is wokring fine apart from the Web Acces server.
  
  Strange thing is, on the Web Access box, I can login if Im using https://localhost/rdweb
  
  but not if I do https://fqdn/rdweb
  
  What happens is I enter my systemName\UserName and password and the screen just flashes.  .  Im using IE 8 at present, Even stranger is that I can actually login using FFox, however when logging in using that I have no programs published.
  Ive been on this for ages, I know the RG Gateway works, I know the CB works and the SH works due to my testing, just this part is failing.
  
  Please let it be a tick box somewhere, and that someone can let me know how to reolve this!!
  PS I have checked my RDWEB.config file and it is correct
