Windows Vista error message Aero not working & Validation issues.

Question
-
Has anyone got an answer for this problems.I started my PC to see an error message stating Aero is not working and my copy of Vista may not be genuine. I clicked the link to take me online to validate windows. I clicked the Validate Windows button, internet explorer returned a page stating it was unable to determine if my copy of Vista was genuine.I right clicked Computer from the Start Menu and selected Properties but the Properties window did not open. I also tried to open Control Panel but this did not open.I found on this forum by running the slui.exe you can start the Windows Activation program. I started this and typed in the product key from my OEM box. Windows Activated successfully and at this point I attempted to validate using the WGA. Windows also validated successfully and Vista returned to normal. The next time I started my PC the Aero is not working message returned, Windows would not validate and I was unable to access Control Panel. This happens everytime I restart my PC.Below are my results from the WGA diagnostics. Please can someone help me?

Hi turnertapes,
Your Diagnostic Report tells me that your Vista is experiancing a Trusted Store tamper. This is a pretty rare issue, but from what we have seen, this type of issue is usually caused by a driver that is not completly compatible with Vista.
My suggestion is to confirm you have the most up to date versions of the drivers being used by Vista.
Thank you,
