First off, To use a Vista Ultimate product key, you have to have Vista Ultimate installed. My suggestion is to install Vista Ultimate using the software that came with the Vista Ultimate product key.
Also, from the error message, it sounds like your product key may, in fact, be for Vista Business. You may want to confirm with person or company, that you bought the Vista Ultimate from, if it is, in fact, Vista Ultimate.
