Everything installed on PC but web pages kick me out before accepting product key RRS feed

  • I have installed Windows LIve OneCare on my PC, and it seems to be able to scan the PC for viruses.   But I can't complete the setup process.   I go through several web pages, including putting in my Live ID, password, choose the English market, then choose the "token" box (because I bought this at a store and have a product key to put in.)   It spins it's wheels for a long time, then closes the web pages and gives me a box that says I don't have a connection.   But I do.   And everything else on the program (Like help) is connecting.

    I'm running Windows XP.

    I can't get through to support because I can't get a product code, because it won't take my product key.   I finally emailed support yesterday - but have not gotten anything back.
