  • It sounds like the removal may not have been completely successful, or the removal script left the PC in a state that isn't intended. Please contact support to restore the PC to normal function.

  • I have the same problem, but I'm not aware of any virus attack. When I open the properties window the only tabs available are "themes" "Appearance" and "Settings." No "Screen Saver" tab is there. How can I install or restore that tab so I can set up a screen saver?

  • Yes, you have been attacked by a malware/adware that has disabled you from viewing the other tabs. Go to the link i mentioned earlier and do a manual restore. If you are not experienced in handling registry files, i would recommend you to get help from someone who does.

Just curious, are you one of those who tried opening an online Wall.E Movie and caught this virus?
