How can I unsubscribe from a thread listed in My Threads? RRS feed

    How do I unsubscribe from a thread I posted in but no longer want to see tracked in My Threads?  I even deleted my comments in the thread but still can not get rid of its listing in My Threads.  Thanks.

    Hi,

    open the thread and and under the headline on the left side is a Icon link with remove alerts. Thats the only way. You can`t get rid of them completely, but you can remove the alert.

    I have Alerts disabled in My Settings.  Ah, maybe that's it!  I was trying to manage it all from My Threads.  My Threads is going to show everything I ever posted anything too, even if I delete my messages out of a thread or in one case get my thread moved into another huge thread.  If I only want to track threads I am still interested in I need to use My Alerts.  Does that sound right?  Of course it does.  Thanks.

    I have the same question.
    When I open a thread there is no menu with "remove Alerts". there is no menu at all.
    Why is that?

    It's not a menu, it's a button. Upper left on the OP box.  You will have to be signed in.
