E-mails in Accounts RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm trying to get a grid in account form showing e-mails related to the cuurent account but also showing e-mails related to contacts opportunities, cases etc. linked to that account.

I want to have a quick find to search records in the grid bases on the e-mail body.

I can add the grid showing e-mail record, change the quick find view but I can only show records related to the account record or showing all e-mail records.

    Any idea?

Thanks to ll of you guys!

  • Hi Daniel,

Adding a email grid on the Account formular, will only show the emails that are related to that account - it´s not possible to show emails related to opportunities, contatcs, etc. out of the box.

I would suggest that you create a custom website showing the desired emails and then add this custom website to the account formular through an IFrame.

I know it´s time-consuming, but I think this is the only way you can archive your requirement.
