How to upload a RDL file in CRM 4.0.

Just for the records, to upload RDL file from within CRM 4.0:
Click New in the Reports view and under the Source section, a drop-down list called "Report Type" allows you to generate your report using the Report Wizard or upload an Existing RDL file or link to Web Page
Select "Existing File" as Report Type to upload an RDL file.

Hi Anand,
You can now infact upload records as well do so many things that were initially possible only with the web application in CRM 4 using classes provided within SDK, like TargetCreateReport, Report etc,.
