CRM 4.0 Outlook Client force all users to track emails RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I have a business requirement for a CRM 4.0 Rollup 8 installation to have the Outlook Client deployed to all business users and there Track Emails inside of CRM be automatically turned on and the user unable to switch it off. Does this ability existing within CRM?

  • Hi,

    if you are using Exchange Server then you can create a forward mailbox via Email Router Wizard and send all emails to the CRM Server, if you are not using email router and do not want ot configure users profiles on it then you can change Track Email Options to All E-mail Emails in User Personal Options->Email
