    Hello - I'm hiring a developer to build a web-based database for me, and, to keep costs down, we're talking about using something like www.evolutility.com to create forms for collecting the data (rather than my having to spend bigger $$$ for him to create a beautiful, customized UI).  We plan to use Reporting Services/Builder for the reports.

    Is there an app in the Microsoft family that is geared towards creating forms for collecting data which can then be dumped into the sql database?

    I'm also looking at 3rd party web apps (like formspring and wufoo) but I was wondering if there was something already here that I didn't know about.....

    Expression Blend?
    Visual Studio?
    SQL Azure???
