Cannot activate Windows 10

Hey,

I installed Windows 10 1909 x64 on Asus G531GU but cannot activate it using my serial number:

Error: 0x803F7001 On a computer running Microsoft Windows non-core edition, run 'slui.exe 0x2a 0x803F7001' to display the error text.
