Custom report is failing RRS feed

    Currently have CRM 2011 on Server 08R2 and have some custom reports that we rely on.

    Three of these reports are working while the fourth one will not work (it did before).

    When I run the report in question, it times out after 2 minutes and I observe the errors below:

    1. Web service request SetDataSourceCredentials to Report Server http://xxx-xxx/reportserver failed. Error: The operation has timed out
    2. Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the SQLPDW extension.
    3. Report Server (MSSQLSERVER) cannot load the TERADATA extension.

    An help would be appreciated

    The timeout could be because the user doesn't have the permissions to access the database of report datasource. In the Report Manager, go to the report properties and check the datasource properties. Make sure that the credentials used here are same as that of the reports that are working fine.

    For the SQLPDW & Teradata extension errors, please see if this thread helps. Looks to be a reporting server issue.
