Someone out there please help us RRS feed

  • Question

  • This is ridiculus,  I have had this computer for 5 years and all of a sudden it comes up and says it's not Genuine, give me a break,  Then for Christmas I received a lap top that when I tryed to upgrade my Micosoft Media, it's now telling me it's not genuine.  I have sent in several emails to microsoft help and they have me copy and paint for print screen then send it to them.  I have not had one response to this.  I'm beginning to wonder if this is a ploy to get us to buy new software for our computers.  I can't even update because everytime I try it tells me I can't because i'm not genuine.  Is there anyone out there that can fix this at no additional cost to the consumer since we paid for XP in the trust of it's reseller.  Please let me know  Alan
