Thank you for visiting the OneCare Program forums.
Please try and run the reset database tool:
Visit the OneCare database update tool Web site:
1. Click Download
2. Click Run when you are prompted to start the Windows Installer package
3. Click Run whe you are prompted to start the database update tool.
4. Follow the instructions that appear on the screen.
If you still receive the error message, uninstall OneCare and then reinstall it:
Follow the procedure for your operating system:
1. Click Start, click Run (Start Search box for Vista), type appwiz.cpl and then press Enter.
2. In the list of installed programs, uninstall Windows Live OneCare.
Restart your computer.
3. After you restart your computer, open the c:\program Files folder, right-click the Microsoft Windows
OneCare Live folder, and then click Delete.
Reinstall OneCare

1 . Click Contact support in the middle of the webpage
2 . Click Contact Support in the bottom right corner of the webpage
3 . Click Get support
4 . Select the Billing Support or Technical Support Bubble
5. Answer the questions appropriately, you will be guided to an agent if you have a paid subscription or email support if you have a trial version.
