  • Why do I get the blue screen when watching tv videos online?

  • Are you using MSE?
    See if by turning off the Real-Time protection would make any difference.
    Otherwise it would most likely be a driver or code that is embbed in Internet Explorer or your browser that may ba causing the stop errors.

  • Try to update Windows
    Also, report send any report that windows ask (if any)
    try to update your drivers specially your VGA
    Also try to update version of your add-on such as java , flash, etc.
    If problem did not resolved then contact support for more help.
    For update driver check windows update or visit your laptop manufactor website for more help or review your graphic card guide(if you have any)
