  • Hello

From your Diagnostic Report: "Build lab: 6002.lh_sp2rc.090130-1715"

That means you currently have the Release Candidate (i.e. Beta) of Service Pack 2.  All Microsoft beta software eventually expire.

The resolution to your issue is to Uninstall the Release Candidate of Service Pack 2 and then install the Release version.

If you have any problems with uninstalling the beta service pack, please see the Service Pack support page at http://support.microsoft.com/ph/11732#tab1.  If the information on the page doesn't help, click the link on the right side under "Get Help Now" The link will take you to Live Support. My understanding is that Service Pack issues are supported at no cost.

    Thank you,

    Darin MS
