App-V Sequencing Dynamics CRM Outlook Plugin RRS feed

  • I have the Dynamics CRM Plugin for Outlook sequenced via App-V along with Microsoft Office. When running the Configuration Wizard "Test Connection", a "cannot authenticate your credentials" error appears. I have re-sequenced numerous time, re-installed all dependencies (WIF, sign-on assistant, etc.) on the App-V server, client, and sequencer. The discovery and CRM server URLs are included as trusted sites, the time zone and times are correct on all machines including the PDC, and the plugin works with the same user account and a local copy of Office installed.
