Newbe problem in Visual Studio express phone controls toolkit

Following a tutorial http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/WP7TrainingCourse_YourFirstWP7AppLab the puzzle exercise. I get to the 2nd step and the following error comes up for one of the xaml files. Does this mean something isn't installed correctly or did I just enter tutorial code wrong?

Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Phone.Controls.Toolkit, Version=1.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b772ad94eb9ca604' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Hi Palm,

You must be developing using the WP SDK. I suggest that you post in the Windows Phone & Xbox 360 Development Category to get dedicated support, as the current forum is about Visual C# Express IDE but not Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 Express for Windows Phone or Windows Phone Developer Tools for Visual Studio 2010.
I will move your thread into the Off-Topic Forum shortly if your issue could not be resolved here.
