BUG REPORTING!!!

Where on earth do I submit bug reports for Windows 7 RC? All I'm after is a very very very simple form.

I've done some google and Bing searches and all I can find are Blogs stating how impossible it is to send in bugs and a form for Visual FoxPro which I've never even heard of. I expect the first search to link me to a microsoft webpage, with a simple submit bug form, but they don't seem to exist.
