I need to speak to a customer service agent immediately... does anyone know how??

  Since One Care is nearing end of life renewals will not be charged so it may not be necessary to update your billing information.   As Jim noted, you will not be billed for OneCare renewal as it is at end of life. If you wish to update your Billing account with Microsoft, used for your OneCare subscription, this can be done at https://billing.microsoft.com
