Advanced find column can't be editted RRS feed

  • Hi all,
    I have this problem with one of our user.
    The advanced find column can not be editted. We can add column but we can't move the column.
    If he used another computer, he can move the column. the advanced find run as usual.
    I had make the activeX to prompt everytime he access the crm. but it didn't affect the advanced find.

    the computer spec:
    - windows vista
    - IE 8
    Any idea how to solve this? thank you..

  • Have you tried to reset the IE setting back to original? From Tools-> internet option -> advance-> reset? if not worked maybe you could try to reinstall the IE.
