Blank page in the CRM RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello everyone,

I just installed CRM 4.0 on Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise and SQL 2008 with SP1. When you finish installing CRM, put htt: / / ServernameCRM and opens the page but blank. It does not give error but opens blank page and not seeing anything.

    You know that can occur?

    Thank you very much!

  • Hello,

I've already seen this problem, after CRM installation check your authentification mode you should have authentification windows enabled and the anonymous authentification disabled.

In this article I do not see anything with a blank page when starting CRM. Anyway I shall look for if that solves the error. Thank you.

  • The URL you show above is not formatted correctly htt: / / ServernameCRM .  It should be http:/ / ServernameCRM

Applying Update Rollup 7 and Update Rollup 9 to the server might also correct the issue.  If it is still not working and you are recieving a blank page, then check out this post.

  • I've run into a same issue long back and simply clearing the browser cache, deleting the temp internet files and IIS Reset worked for me.

    Thanks
