Outlook task not updating when changed in CRM 2011 RRS feed

    I have some users who create tasks in CRM 2011 UR17.  These tasks are synced to Outlook.  These users then get an Outlook reminder when the task is due.

    The problem occurs when they close the task in CRM as complete.  The task in Outlook does not update, therefore the task still appears in Outlook and users receive Outlook reminders even if though the task has been completed. 

    All users have the default sync settings.  A completed task still appears in Outlook as tracked.
