The inflow of ServiceNow tickets in my org is immense and it consumes a lot of productive time for me to keep monitoring the queue and assign tickets to oneself. Is there a PS query which can run at every 15 seconds (or any time interval desired) and check
for open tickets in an assignment group and if found, assign it automatically to a particular analyst who is a part of that assignment group?
Please help.
