coding a blog in asp.net with live writer support

  So like my title says, I'm building a blog of my own in ASP.NET 3.5, would like to know information on getting support for windows live writer. I know I have to look up RSD or Metaweblog API but I havn't found much info about RCD, did find some articles about Metaweblog but the examples are not completely explanatory. Could someone point me in the right direction??
