Mr Fix it won't fix it

  i downloaded mr fix it to try and correct the sound on my computer after having a virus.  it says i need to be an administrator to start mr fix it the first time.  Fine, i log off and log back on as "Administrator" with the network password.  I still get the error message that says i need to be an administrator.  i am running xp.
