Opening .Ost Files after Server Migration has been prformed

  To anyone, I have an .ost file from an old 2003 Small Business Server with Exchange setup. The Server and the Domain have been migrated to 2008. I have rcovered the .ost file and have it on a thumb drive, is there or how can I retrieve the information from the file or convert it to a personal .pst format
