I'm having trouble with my laptop. It ask me to enter the product key and it says is invalid. I tried to run the Genuine Validation and when i get to copy it does let me select neither the button of copy nor what i need to copy and paste. This is for Windows Vista. Is a Toshiba that was purchased at Best Buy.
