Hello,
Getting a Windows "Not Genuine" popup on my father's computer. All software is genuine, not sure exactly what the issue is. Tried re-activating, and system is fully activated (both office and windows).
Here's the popup window http://i.imgur.com/RICYd.png
As far as I can tell, the Diag report looks like everything is OK. I'm scratching my head, wondering what we are missing (possibly malware?).

The error code in the message means 'Selfheal failure' - but it does not appear in your report, so self-heal has presumably caught up and cured the problem.Did you have a 'not genuine' message on-screen at the time you ran the report?IF not, next time the error appears, try running MGADiag again while the error is showing - it may tell us what's happening.

No reply from the Original Poster.
Issue is assumed to be resolved.

Ummm - Can I hijack this thread and ask how this was resolved?
My computer which has been running Windows 7 enterprise since it was released has started displaying this very message.
About 2-3 weeks ago this message described above starts telling me that my copy of windows is not genuine - but it is a legitimate activated MSDN copy of Windows 7 Enterprise x64.
Can someone please let me know the resolution to this problem - its very annoying seeing as how this is all legitimate MSDN software.
Regards
Rod.

Your best results will be starting your own thread with your own diagnostic report.
Although the symptoms may be similar the solutions are unique to your situation.

If you are the MSDN subscriber to whom the key was issued it is possible that your MSDN key was hijacked and is being abused by others. Post the diag report in a new thread and Darin may be able to see if it is blocked by MS.
