CRM 3.0 and outlook 2003 sync issue RRS feed

    Hi all,

     

    I am experiencing a particular problem with the crm for outlook addon.

    I have installed update rollup 2 on both the client and server machines.

     

    The problem is with syncing the crm contacts to the outlook contacts.
    I already tried deleting the crm contact cache.

    the problem is not with syncing the crm addressbook, that actually comes in no problem, the problem is with bringing the contacts in the crm address book to the outlook address book.

    I also already checked the local data and set it so that all contacts be synced and made sure that all contacts have atleast the last name and primary email address filled.

    Please help.
