bonus pack rejected RRS feed

  • Question

  •

    Hi,

My bonus pack submission was rejected by the online page.  I bought the computer from Cyberpower, which is an eligible manufacturer, between 7/1 and 10/24, and it came with Vista Business.

Below is the system info requested.

    Thanks,

    Dave Griswold

  • Dear Dave Griswold,

It appears that the item you are trying to redeem is no longer being offered. Most likely your system has the page cached which is why you're not seeing the current offers. Please delete your temporary internet files and reload the page to make sure you are viewing the current offers.

    Thanks,

  • Dear Dave Griswold,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum. Please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,
    Beth

  • Arggh,  I'm sorry, I just realized that this computer has Vista Premium, it is my new other new computer that has Business on it, so I got confused.  Sorry.  It seems to work ok when I redeem for Premium.

  • Wait, I'm encountering another problem; please don't close this thread.  I tried to redeem the Premium bonus pack (a Kingston 2GB flash drive), but the Kingston site says that the promo code has expired.  That shouldn't happen, the deadline for this bonus pack isn't until Dec 6th according to the site.

    Thanks

    Dave
