Can't update Tax Profile RRS feed

    Hi. 

    I'm trying to update my Tax Profile from my Partner Center Dashboard Settings but after filling the form it just rolls back to the start of the form submission and it reads "ready to submit" in one of the tax form regions (Ireland). It does not submit the form.

    I have to update this information because it's expired, and it looks like a bug in the interface.

    What should I do?
