Had 4.0 outlook offline with Office 2007 installed on this machine.

    Installed Outlook 2010

To Uninstall 4.0 followed these steps

    Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server 2005

Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Native Client

Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server Setup Support Files

Uninstall Microsoft SQL Server VSS Writer

Delete the following program folder from “C:\Program Files” directory path:  Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Delete this program folder:  Microsoft SQL Server

Delete the “MSCRM” folder from the Windows Login User’s “C:\Documents and Settings\[CRM login user]\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft” directory path

Delete the “MSCRM” folder from the Windows Login User’s “C:\Documents and Settings\[CRM login user]\Application Data\Microsoft\” directory path.

    Installed Outlook Online Client.

The removed the registry as per the KB article. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2494581

    Installed Rollup 6,7 and 8

Checked if the Add-in's were disabled. They were enabled.

    Restarted the machine

Still the ribbon is not visible. Any idea what I should try now??

I am trying to configure IFD.
