BPA can not get Mediation information RRS feed

    I was run BPA on OCS2007 R2 server but the result shown that can not collect the information for Mediation server. There is no firewal turn-on at Meditaion server. Any one can share what caused this?

    Does the account you use have enough rights on the mediation server?

    Yes, the account is administrator. This account was the account for installed OCS.

    The problem was solved. The server service on Windows Service control panel was not started. After strated and BPA can get the Mediation Server information.
