Aight heres what u have to do to turn ur pc on in 10 seconds
:
Click on the start button then press R it will take u to Run well go to run
n type Regedit
press enter
this will open Registery Editor
now look for the key
HKEY_LOACAL_MECHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\ContentIndex
now there find the Key Called
"Startup Delay"
Double Click On It
Now where its Base
Click Decimal
Now its Default Value Is 4800000
Change The Value To 40000
here u go u have done it
now close the Registery Editor and Restart Your Computer
You'll See The Result- This tweak reduces the time XP waits before automatically closing any running programs when you give it the command to shutdown.
Go to Start then select Run
Type 'Regedit' and click ok
Find 'HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\Desktop\'
Select 'WaitToKillAppTimeout'
Right click and select 'Modify'
Change the value to '1000'
Click 'OK'
Now select 'HungAppTimeout'
Right click and select 'Modify'
Change the value to '1000'

well these were certainly nice tricks..Ive also got a trick to speed up shutting down of system.
i resently got a new trick by which i can turn off my pc 100times faster and its harmless to ur pc.....

press cltr+altr+del
task manager will come
hold cltr and keep holding it
click on "shut down" tab on the task manager
ull c "turn off"option dere....
while holding cltr click on "turn off"

Click 'OK'Can you explain how the registry edit for fasting up the startup work? i.e what changes does it make ? And what will be the effect on the performance of the system? What services wont be available if we fast up the startup by this registry editing?
