Your MGA Report indicates you have a Toshiba Satellite Pro Model L300 PC with a Dell OEM SLP version of Windows XP Pro installed. This is indeed non-genuine since one cannot activate a Dell Windows XP Pro license on a Toshiba PC. I would recommend contacting Toshiba Support and order their Windows recovery media (likely Windows Vista) for your Toshiba laptop and perform a "clean install". Better yet, it would be best to purchase the newer Windows 7 and perform a "clean install".
