Solution import Error, Missing components

What kind of joke is this?

I can't import ptm_ActivityTools_JSLibrary because it is needed by ptm_ActivityTools_JSLibrary?

The same for the others...

(I try to import a solution from CRM 2011 to 2013)

Hi,

The error indicates this component was/is part of managed solution, so these dependency component are missing in destination environment.

the way managed solution layer on top of each each other.The key to managed solution is that all dependant components for the solution must be available in the organisation as managed component. When this does not happen, it complains about the error you are getting.
