  • Hi Bunlong,

    Follow this procedure:

1/ Install fresh CRM in the new domain

2/ Backup the organization DB from the old domain

3/ Restore the organization DB on the SQL server on the new domain

4/ Use the deployment manager on the new CRM server to import an organization

5/ Select the restored database in the import organization wizard

6/ Map the users of old domain with users in the new domain (you must have as many users in the new domain as in the old one)

    7/ Import the organization

    You have redeployed the CRM...
