digital copy protection

  When I put in a dvd and use Windows Media Player, this message pops up..."Windows Media Player can not play this dvd because there is a problem with digital copy protectionn between your dvd drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card." Error message COOD1163...I can't figure out where to get an updated anything and I have already looked where I'm suppose to look.
