Off Topic: Microsoft Windows Vista Language Issue

I have a laptop, with genuine windows vista. But, unfortunately, I'm unhappy with it's current language, and I would love to have English version. I have a valid serial number, but I couldn't find any download of full windows vista premium home edition download. Nor patch, to change the language. I am sorry, if this is wrong forum.. Can you please help me?
