Profile Rewards Update

I noticed that the profile does not include all rewards points and includes incorrect numbers. For example, I contributed 6 articles to wiki library, the profile shows 5 articles; I contributed 2 presentations to Gallery, the profile shows only 1. I remember somebody here said in the past that this issue was worked on. Does anybody know the status of it, when would this be fixed?

Well we need to prove each issue as a bug.

At this point, all 6 articles are appearing as the count on my profile. However, contributions to gallery are not correct in the profile. Profile shows one and I contributed two - here is the links to my two contributions to the gallery:
