  • I renewed my Live One Care account July 1 for a year.  When I sign on the One Care center says I have 2 months left before renewal.  Also, the Center shows my daughter's account information.  It seems to me that One Care is reading my daughters account on my computer and therefore is showing her renewal date and will cancel my service 6 months early.  How do I fix this problem

  • If your account shows your daughters information you are using your daughters Live ID. To view your account sign in to billing - http://billing.microsoft.com with the Live ID used to renew your subscription. If you are able to sign in to your account then you are using the correct Live ID. To correct the subscription status on your computer, uninstall One Care, then reinstall One Care and activate it using the correct credentials. If you cannot remember the Live ID associated with your subscription you can contact support for help.
