Problem Changing Business Unit RRS feed

  • Hi,

    I'm a CRM administrator. I set up CRM users. Sometimes I'm not able to change the Business Unit getting the error message "An error has occured. Try..."

    The user is an active AD User, using another tenant it works fine.

    What can be the reason and how can I solve the problem?

    I tried to trace the error but since I activated the trace the problem vanished..

    It's a great riddle for me but the problem seems to be solved.

    But if you have another hint pls post it that I can try next time.

    Have you a message in the event viewer?
    Can you trace the error?

    Is the user's new business unit higher than the business unit of his/her boss??

    the user has no boss as it's a new AD user.

    But see my reply to the other post you will see the problem is solved but I don't know why.
